Google Sheets Template & Setup Instructions

1. Find the template sheet here and make a copy.

2. Enter all appropriate data in the sheet called "Data" except images or links to images. Leave Column A empty.

3. Once all data is entered into the "Data" sheet, you can move onto Sheet 4.

4. Add the images of your EDUGuests into Column A making sure that the image is in the same row as his/her data in the "Data" sheet. Use Insert > Image > Image in cell to add the images. Once the image has been added, the corresponding data will be pulled across from the "Data" sheet.

6. In Sheet 4 there are a number of Array formulas (B1 - G1). These can be kept as is if you maintain the same sheet structure (number & name of columns). If you add or delete columns, you will have to alter the corresponding array formula.

7. The "EDUGuest Sheet" shows your data in a cleaned up and tidy format.

8. Sheet 6 shows your data with further enhancements. The first three columns are empty so that when this sheet gets published, the sheet/directory will look professional when you add it to a website.

9. Publish Sheet 6 by going to File > Publish to the Web. Choose "Link", do not Embed. See below.

9. Copy the URL and paste it into your site. This works seamlessly in Google Site (Embed > URL)
